Job Search:
Storage Career Center is filling a need in the industry by
providing the most robust solutions to bring employers and
candidates together. Prior to our launch there was no solution
completed dedicated to this industry with the level of
functionality we have designed and incorporated. Candidates can
search by keyword, city, state, category, and zip radius. After
getting a list of results, candidates can refine their search by
category, company, city, or pay. These features makes Storage
Career Center job search engine the leading technology on the
Internet serving the Storage industry.
Job Alerts:
When a job seeker signs up they can choose to be notified of
new job postings matching their criteria. Storage Career Center
periodically emails Job Alerts with links to job postings of
interest. Job Alerts keep passive job seekers involved in the job
market, which drives more quality candidates to your job posting.
Initial research indicates most people do not unsubscribe
from their Job Alert after finding a new job. Therefore, your job
opportunity may land in the inbox of a star performer who is

Resume Database:
Storage Career Center encourages candidates to post their
resume in the Resume Database for employers to search later.
Because we can't expect every candidate to search for a new job
every day, the Resume Database is a powerful way for employers to
find candidates based upon your specific search criteria. You will
be able to contact the applicant through our secure system, or
directly if they have elected to have contact information
available.
Online Applicant Management:
We know from experience how difficult it is to manage resumes.
We designed our system to work like this
- You are notified by email when an applicant applies to your
listing
- You visit your secure section of the website to review their
resume
- Once reviewed you can print the resume, save it online or
delete it
- You can send the applicant a message stating their resume
has been received and under review, or they will not be
considered due to qualification restrictions, or you can do
nothing.
- If you elect to have your contact information visible to the
public, interested applicants can contact you directly. You can
have your name, address, telephone number and email viewable in
any combination. If you want just email you simply elect to just
have that information displayed.
